Bird watching

Today's itinerary was determined by Little Agu. His perfect day was lunch at Betty Boop's; soup, sandwiches and cake. The left over bread and butter was for feeding the birds at Southport marina. Forgive the poor composition, but this swan was after more and I panicked a little. Then we tried a bit of kite flying.

An even more satisfying bit of twitching for me at TK Max, where I nabbed a rare red bird going for a song. Oh happy day.

Off to the South West tomorrow to visit some lovely friends and then to get Ben.
