chasing sunsets

this evening i packed up my car with my bike and camera, the plan being to ride for around an hour, then take some snaps.

When i was at the skatepark i started to see the beginnings of cracking sunset so jumped in the motor and drove up to Stirling Castle. There, amongst the hundreds of toursits i took some photos but realised the Castle itself was blocking the shot of full 'sunset over the Torssachs' moment!

So back in the car and up one of the hills adjacent to Stirling. It was quite fun chasing the sunset and trying not to miss the 'golden hour'.

However, despite the extra driving and putting the car on it's fuel light to get up the hill on time i still settled for one of the photos taken at the Castle.
