Camping: Day 7

Our last full day of camping. On one hand, you can't believe that it has gone so fast. On the other, you feel as if you have been one with nature for a century. Our last day of fun on the water. And our day to cook.

Homemade mexican tortas people! Let me lay it out for you....

Mango Avocado Salsa (hecho de me.....and minus the avocados that the squirrel got)
Fresh Sourdough Rolls
Thinly sliced and bbq'd flank steak
Homemade refried beans (sitting in the crock pot all day, bacon added for flare)
Shredded cheese, sour cream, salsas, etc.

Another night of eating just to eat because the flavors were just too good. I blame the mango avocado salsa. It gets me every single time.....
