Beach Bikers

Another nice day, another walk on the beach down by the Tea Room. This all part of my new trainer therapy. I fancy taking up power walking but the problem is I have terrible sore feet all the time - so I've *'invested' in some fancy trainers. . The're designed to have a negative heel which forces you to correct your posture as you walk - mmmmmmm!

So far so good although you do ache a bit. Maybe I should contact
Trainer Fiend for some advice.
