Sleepy now

Bathed ths mutts this evening, not an easy job! After a scrub, blow dry, groom and tooth brush, Emmy was exhausted but still put her cheekiest face on for a piccie.

I have set my self a new task at work, educate Suffolk CC's beloved chief exec, Andrea, about direct payments! I feel she has alot to learn...... hmmm..... where do I start.....
