Waxham Beach

Today saw an expedition to Waxham beach on the east coast of Norfolk, which involved piling 5 of us, and the dog, into the battered Zafira and driving the 10-ish miles to the coast.

The weather was windy but when the sun came out it was reasonably warm, my sister and I paddled a bit, although the water was pretty cold!

On arrival at the beach I turned on my camera, only to discover that I had left my memory card in my laptop... This meant I could only take 10 photos for the whole afternoon, so sorry if this one isn't the best...

I'm writing this pretty late, as I didn't get down to it earlier, so this hasn't been a very long entry, not that it's very likely anyone reads it anyway!

The photo is one I took of myself on self-timer, looking out across the beach. It's been edited a bit to create the hazy, dreamy effect...

I think that's all for today, we returned home, all a bit more tired, wet and sandy, especially the dog, who fell alseep on my feet...
