Birtthday Celebration X 2

Today was the first day in awhile that we didn't have a lot of things to do. I actually slept in a bit and then took a nice long run along the levy. The kids enjoyed this morning's easy pace and stayed in pjs watching tv for awhile. After I returned, we all showered and dressed and relaxed for a bit before doing a birthday lunch celebration at Moo Moos (Emily's choice). After lunch we returned home for Grant and Emily to open bday giftees. The highlight for Grant was his ant farm and a remote control helicopter. Emily's was an I-Home
alarm clock for her ipod. After eating slices of oreo cookie cheesecake (Grant's choice), Emily, Gracie and I ran over to Kohls to pick up a second pair of red shorts for Emily to have for PE.

While the other kids enjoyed popcorn and a video, Emily got ready for the dance at Lodi Lake. She met her friends, Mari and Emily at the Snow White Ice Cream place across the street from the lake and they were walking over together.

My blip is of the girls at Moo Moos before we got our food. I am trying to get caught up on some blips while waiting to pick Emily up from the dance at 11.
