Luskentyre

This is one of the most beautiful corners in Harris, lovely Luskentyre, tucked away at the end of a windy single-track road. In sunny conditions, its beach is positively breathtaking. The island beyond the water is Taransay, once abused for the Castaway 2000 project. The one-hour walk from the main road was worth every minute.
