Wonky Rainbow

Despite the forecast last night being for rain its actually been not too bad a day. Still breezy but bright - a great drying day today.

Highlight of the day was young Jakecoming back from his football school, his cheeks red and his eyes all sparkly to tell us he was Man of the Match again! He really is enjoying this week of his holidays as he is there for 4 hours each day. He wants to do it again next week but sadly that will depend on whether there are spaces and if we can arrange a pick off and drop of as the start and end times cut into the working day. Sometimes it sucks being a working parent. I hope we can sort it for him.

So off on my wanders again tonight. Out through the fields and up the tree lined avenue to the top. You have been spared thistles and wildflowers tonight as I spied this wonky rainbow hanging out over the sea! You can just about see the cloud which is deforming its normal arched shape!

A bit too far away to go looking for the elusive pot of gold - shame!!! :-)
