Finally...a day off together!

Well, due to staff sickness over the last few weeks hubby and I haven't had any time off together....until today.

We went to St. Albans and visited the mother in law, which involved a trip to Harpenden for lunch and then on to some PYO. I've never done any PYO before so it was an adventure for myself as well as Elizabeth.Bit dissapointed as there were virtually no strawberries left for various reasons, though there were plenty of lovely raspberries and gooseberries which will be turned into pies and crumbles....yum!

This is my favourite shot of today, maybe not the best but I'm quite a beginner at proper photography so I'm pleased with how it's turned out.
