The harvest...

This is my first ever bunch of home grown carrots....Ok they may not be the longest, or indeed best looking, but they're 'beautiful, glorious and mine!' to quote a famour cider advert.
Now to find a suitable meal for them to accompany, no doubt my 2 rabbits will be very pleased with their offerings of the greens and any carrots too small for humans.

All in all I'm just pleased that they survived from seed to harvest on my roof in a container!
