Mayhem

Day 2 of Swim Finals weekend. Today was the second day of time trials. The big question this morning was would we get it all in and we caught a huge break with the weather. Yes it rained and yes for a while it was a pretty good steady rain. But in the end the sun came out the clouds blew away and it was a hot humid afternoon.

This is a shot of inside the swimmers tent. It is a huge kid zone. It seemed that everyone had an electronic devise of some kind. If not they were involved in some sort of card game or conversation. Eating, sleeping, yelling, laughing, screaming, running......you get the idea. I tried to get in and out as quick as possible.

Our oldest swam today and she swam very well. She killed her qualifying times but, sadly we will not have a swimmer in the finals tomorrow. It is a blessing and a curse and so the summer swim season drifts to a close....except for the party tomorrow night. :)
