Hand in Glove

The sun shines out of our behinds*

Good day so far and its still only early. Got the washing in. Went for an 8am walk in the woods with my friend's boxer - took some photies but nothing for here. Back, perused the papers, put bits aside for reading later (most of it actually). Cuppa tea then out to blitz the back garden of weeds. It's a great day for it as its warm but cloudy. These are my favourite gloves, cost a few bob but worth every penny.

Got Jazzfm on the laptop in the garden, listening to a show I missed last Sunday morning while I was practising being a dirty stop-out. What a show, so far heard at least 5 of my all-time favourites, including my funeral song.

Not answering the phone or the door today. Heaven.

5pm Edit: It's getting even better!
Went for a sneaky power snooze (LOVELOVELOVE doing that - because I CAN!), just got up at the exact time I told myself to (didn't work on 14 June) and got the duvets off the line minutes before the rain started. Turned on Jazzfm for a jazz-funk-soul soundtrack while I cook a chicken and read the papers. Oh and my knee has swollen from the weeding - an old nightclub injury :) - so its painkillers and wine for tea. I love being me.
