At the hotel desk

On the first day of my holiday I travelled to a hotel at Manchester airport prior to my flight to Bulgaria. In the evening I sat in the foyer and watched the (very frequent) comings and goings. No one seemed bothered by me and I used the camera hand held with no flash. Amongst the images I caught was this family who were deep in conversation with the desk clerk about some problem with the booking. I like the body language which shows some of the intensity of the interaction, even though you cannot see the desk clerk's face.
