83 or 84?

Day shift today. I'm on the water tanker this set of four shifts. It is typically the quieter truck of the two that are at our station. The pumper has the Officer on it and goes to all the calls. It's only if the pumper is at a call already that the water tanker will go. The rest of the time the water tanker does 'move ups' (which means that when another truck from a different station is out, the water tanker goes to that station to cover their area) and 'fire duties' (where there has been a big fire that needs to be monitored once it has been extinguished to make sure there is no recognition, so a truck needs to be there).

This afternoon there is an Officer's meeting in the Zone so we are one of the trucks that have gone to another station on a move up to cover their area while the Officer goes to the meeting. No calls so far!

I went exploring in the station we are at this afternoon and in the recreation room there is a full size billiard table. I looks as though it hasn't been used in a while and has a big white sheet over the top. Today's blip is of the wooden score board that is sitting on the mantle piece of the old fireplace in the room. The room was quite dark so I used the flash and also used my little gorilla pod for the first time!!
