Bottled! .. Redcurrant jelly

I've transformed yesterday's blip into some redcurrant jelly. Who knew just how difficult it would be to take a picture to give some idea of what a glorious colour it is. Wish I had more technical expertise! In reality it is a lot darker and more jewel like.

Anyhow, here it is, 3/4 sugar to every pint of juice, a different recipe to usual. It tastes wonderful.
