A beautiful day

It has become a tradition, celebrating V's (a friend of ours) birthday on her hometown, a little village close to Lisbon.

It's near a big dam, so we have an artificial lake with river-beaches and small islands. As usual, we spent a few hours there, swimming, sun-bathing (in excess), eating, sleeping and kayaking (if this word does exist).

The most awaited moment of the day, though, is going to a small family bar a few hours before sunset. There will still be dinner (made by V's mother) but the snails, beers and sangria we have there feel like the perfect end to the day.
