New sandpit boy

Yup, its the boy, I cant get into taking photos right now, I have hardly taken any, life is so full of other stresses, but I hate gaps, and I have missed 2 days in the last four so tonight I give you my best boy.

We went to see him today, he has a new sandpit, in the shape of a wooden boat with a canopy above it, his other less loved nanna bought it for him. :D My daughter is already moaning about the fact that her entire house is covered in a fine layer of sand, I simply shrugged, I am used to that already with our youngest and her sandpit.

We have had a busy weekend and today has been no different, we went to the allotment this evening, its a struggle right now to keep stuff alive, the watering it requires is endless and such hard work, we have pondered recently quite why we give ourselves the extra work when supermarkets are so easy, but in our hearts we know why we do it , we just wish it would rain ! I am covered in scratches from picking gooseberries, such violent plants ! I was happily picking them, then would turn to see how many were in the bowl only to find it empty, seems we have a goosebery thief, the same happened with blackcurrants... hmmm the only clue is a small child with a face stained with what could be blackcurrant juice ... how odd.
