If you go down to the woods today

Beautiful light in late afternoon filtering down through the trees. I sneaked out for a quick walk - still trying that head-down, hard-working thing. I've come to the conclusion that I am more easily distracted than I ought to be, especially on a hot, glorious day like today. But since most of the time I am my own employer, the only one who could possibly be hurt by my lack of application is me. And it really doesn't hurt at all.

Anyway, now that the World Cup is over and beer and TV have officially been banned from the house for a month, I feel I can justify cutting myself some slack. More walks tomorrow.
