Semolina, whisky and wine

Lacking any inspiration today due to writing a 7000 word case study that must be submitted by Monday.

I have been very antisocial this week. I think the reason I'm engaging in this task is to keep my brain occupied and not worry about our two mums.
It's a distraction technique and is working well on one level.

Tomorrow we will say goodbye to close friends who are emigrating to Vancouver Island BC. We will miss them all. We are having a wee farewell 'do' in the village hall for them tomorrow.

Pretty convinced that lactose intolerance is part of this story. At risk of contradicting her GP I believe that toddlers don't need cow's milk in their diet as long as you substitute
other sources of calcium.
Give him semolina, whisky and wine!!!!
