Spent the whole night asleep..HOORAY. I 'phone my daughter Abigail to tell her I can't help out and get Henry today from Nursery. She sounds so much perkier and reminds me of some yoga exercises Ed showed me last time. Spent the day on my knees arching my back and then doing it the other way. Amazing results.
But still the only photo today is going to be in a standing position in the house, hence the bread board and butter knife , taken after eating a cinnamon and sultana bagel. MMMMM nice


Find I can sit in that chair for 7 minutes now.
