Sunday Bloody Sunday

Spent the most ghastly night awake and in pain . Walk about most of the night ..sit in computer chair for a look at blipfoto ..find myself unable to get out of chair..what to do? Get angry that's what ..launch with all my minds control over pain out of chair.
Simple....
During the day I do a mixture of pacing the corridors and lying down watching films on TV and sleeping.
Realise I have to take a picture don't want any gaps do I?
So this is what you get ..blurry shot of handle and hallway taken from the dreaded computer chair..aaagh
