Busy day. Michael had to go into Wolverhampton and Charlotte wanted to sleep over a friends house. The compromise (?!) was Matilda stayed at our house instead. Don't ask, I'm still not sure how that worked.

But we picked Matilda up at 1 and went to Wolverhampton. I took the girls to the Wolverhampton Art gallery while Michael had his meeting. We were going to go shopping but they loved the Art Gallery so much we stayed there! Charlotte was able to explain all the pieces of art in each exhibition. I have to say I was quite proud of how much Charlotte actually knew and how well she explained it to Matilda. Even in the Pop Protest area, where there is nudity and deep items, Charlotte explained that was the artist way of expressing himself.

They enjoyed dressing up and doing all the fun activities provided for kids.

Afterwards we went to McDonalds before heading home.

They didn't fall asleep until midnight ...
