Pimms on the terrace!!

Well we have survived our open garden day and although it has been very windy we got away with just two short sharp showers.

Lots of visitors all day, some from quite far afield - well Huddersfield!

We had Gary's best bangers in a bun and glasses of Pimms or fruit juice - though I did have a couple of orders for tea - felt like a waitress.

When it was all over our friends arrived and we enjoyed more BBQ and Pimms in the last of the days sun, to celebrate my husbands birthday today.

We are now both totally shattered - but raised over £160 (excluding the takings for programmes) for Manorlands. Worth the effort I think and a good time was had too.
