Mail!

It seems someone had to swim across the ocean and then walk all the way up north to get it here but FINALLY there was mail from South Africa today. Hurray! I was expecting one envelope so it was a big surprise to find an envelope AND a postcard in the mailbox. Thank you so much, beautifulblue! I don't know if we can make it past Brazil but even if the journey stops friday, it's still been a fun ride :)

We are also celebrating Harley. One year ago, exactly, she walked into our lives to own us. As cats do.

And, quite possibly the most exciting news of the year so far, The Beloved has a second job interview friday. If it's not too soon or inconvenient we'd appreciate the crossing of fingers/toes and other things you can spare and that you feel might help.
