Biscuits and Jam

Wanted to serve the newly-made strawberry freezer jamat a committee meeting this afternoon. Scones would be my first choice but am out of eggs so I made drop biscuits. Tried a new idea--put jam on the dough before baking. Sprinkled with a bit of turbinado sugar. Can't wait for the meeting to start so I can try one.
