Silver Waves - Blue Sky Ocean

London's modern architecture gets some bad press sometimes - not least from that Royal luddite, Prince Charles - but I think we have some very interesting and unusual buildings, already built and under construction.

This one in Canon Street, not far from my office in the City of London, isn't the most exciting I've seen - but I was struck with the contrasting colours and shadows in the summer sun. Unfortunately, I didn't get any shots of the rather sexy shirtless workmen on the ground floor...must try harder.

I love most of London's modern buildings. So to Prince Charles, I say: go choke on your Duchy's Originals Corn Flakes!
