Peonies and a portrait
Another lovely day, well contrasting weather, rain sunshine and strong gusts of wind in under 10 minutes.
Went up Arthur's Seat with our Indian friends, who are simply captivated with Edinburgh. Ascent from the west, quite scary, but hey millions have climbed that route, explained to child #1 the meaning of vertigo. Then we saw a baby weasel, got a photo but decided against it as a blip. Instead peonie roses, the smell is amazing, and the portrait of my wife's grand parents.
Pretty damn exhausted after yesterday's walk round town and the accumulated lack of sleep. Holidays, 5 sleeps away, can't wait.
