Victorian plumbing
Some of the plumbing in the lodge is of considerable antiquity - there's a massive black cast iron sink in the laundry room and a very deep bath in the downstairs bathroom. There's also this lovely pair - an extremely solid hand basin and a handsome water closet. Inside the WC is inscribed:
