another rainy day

the rain was a perfectly timed calm today. starting just as we finished packing up from a morning of about 60 little kids doing some awesome environmental ed activities. 'tracking' by following tracks and clues that had been set up, picking apart owl pellets to find jaw bones to full skulls and so much more, learning about bird beaks, and making tracks out of plaster! as we put the last box back into the car, a sprinkle started and continued for much of the afternoon. just in time for some work in the office.
