Finished sleeping now!

Drove home from work this morning and went straight to Robyn's house to pick up Spencer. Kaz had a meeting in the city this morning so instead of Spence being in the car for 2 hours (so we could meet somewhere) Robyn looked after him for an hour.

Kaz had told Spence last night when he was going to bed that he was going to Robyn's house in the morning and would see Jessie and Kurt. He was excited! This morning when Kaz went in to wake him up at 7 (he usually sleeps until 8) she opened the door and heard 'Hi, finished sleeping now. Go to Robyn's house'!! Spence was obviously already awake and ready to go!!

It was another beautiful day today, a bit windy but about 18 degrees. Spence and I went for a walk to get the mail and went to the park. After his sleep this afternoon we had a tent picnic with Cow, Barnaby (a monkey) and Dolly in his little tent in the lounge room. We each had a little bowl with sultanas and barbeque shapes in it! Spence loved it!

I took this from Robyn's verandah. They would get to see some awesome sunrises! Robyn and her husband Dave have done heaps to their 20 acre property to make it beautiful and just how they want it. Dave cut down this windmill from its full size so it would fit in the garden and built the horse arena you can see on the left, plus another round one. Robyn always dreamed since she was a child of having a property like this one with horses! It is so nice when people's dreams come true, especially so early in life so they get to enjoy it for ages!
