Familiar territory

I live just 'behind' the corner and this path is certainly a familiar sight to me, whether it be sunny and dry or dark and packed with snow and ice! It's amazing how different the same place can look in the different seasons :)

Today is the summer solstice and everyone in Finland is preparing for this weekend's coming holiday. Reasonable weather is promised and it's time to head to the cottages by the lakes to relax with friends and enjoy the nature!
