Churning.....

.....tummy......I think I overdid it on the chicken lasagne I made on autopilot on Friday night....it was very moreish....way too moreish.....won't be going too far today I can tell you....that sea looks like how I feel, green-grey, turbulent and frothy round the edges......enough said.....
