Hola hoops

I was in Brighton today giving a talk to Writers at Large. After the event I made the most of wandering around the Lanes, taking in the vibrant life which makes the city so unique.

When was the last time you played with Hula Hoops? These ones looked like they were being used for an exercise class - what a great way to get a trim waist!

I've just backblipped yesterday's photo as I didn't get the chance due to my midnight escapade around Chichester in aid of the local hospice.
