Cherished

A pink rose.

Cherished because it is the same type of Rose that i had in my wedding bouquet, my Mum gave me a rose bush for our first wedding anniversary.

And also because today has been about cherishing memories. Memories of a friend whose life affected so many people in this community and through his work for Lovelight Romania. And cherishing memories with friends, and with family. Tears and laughter.

I have backblipped the past week or so while we have been away on holiday. Sorry for the lack of comments, I will catch up!
