Fit, like

This is Dimairt the dog, doing what he loves the most - going for a ball or stick into the sea.

When I said to the vet that I was trying to curtail his jumping and running, as I knew that he has arthritis and is now 12 years old, the vet said "Let him run and jump as long as he can; that's what makes him happy".

He had a ball tonight - literally.

And, it cleared my head of all the "Curriculum for Excellence" stuff we did today in our In Set Day. I would SO much rather have been teaching......
