wanted: one patience of a saint (or similar)

I have the task of teaching my children to be more cooperative. OK, maybe giving them a knife wasn't a good idea. But, I tried. And will continue trying. One day they will grasp the idea and run with it. Either that or I will take my gin bottle into a corner and quietly rock backwards and forwards for the rest of my life.
