Burning inside. Ice cold. Hard to breath. Head exploding. Penetrating pain. Crying. Sleeping for 20 minutes. Seeing horrible nightmares. Waking up to an even worse. Lying stagnant in bed.

Utter exhaustion. Crying. Overwhelming effort to get myself in the shower, packing just something. Crying. Leaving Kökar in rain and storm. Ferry to Långnäs on Åland. Crying. Driving to Mariehamn. Crying. Hospital. Crying. More crying.

Getting a tranquilizer and taking half of it. Driving to the ferry for Helsinki. Crying. Taking the other half of the tranquilizer. Bed. Sleep.
