it's really windy

it's a terribly sticky evening and the föhn wind is blowing really strongly. These trees outside my window are going crazy!

Today I have been pretty busy but have also been lucky enough to have three free meals, all of them yummy. I got to the university this morning for a meeting about a research programme and was given breakfast of croissants, coffee, juice, fruit etc. Then there was a five course buffet after the meeting - also fantastic. The dessert was proper pannacotta (I wanted to ask for second helpings ;-)
Tonight we've been out for a chinese meal with the out laws instead of them coming to us.
Tomorrow I have a choice - lots of exercise or starve. I'm supposed to be losing weight so I can start training again.....oops.
