Its that C word!

I found out today that it is 102 days until Christmas. I'm not sure what is more shocking - the fact that we haven't had a proper summer and Christmas is not far away, or the simple fact that I am even thinking about it!

We love Christmas in our house, we don't go overboard on spending, but we love the cosy feeling of Christmas - snuggled up as a family on the sofa, stove burning, fairy lights casting a lovely glow.

This year I am planning to make as many gifts as I can. Now I know my mum checks in here (Hi Mum!!). so I can't say what I have planned for her - or my sisters! However this is some bunting that I made for Lou for her room. I bought some fab pirate fabric and will make some Pirate bunting for Joe for Christmas.

Today I have to vacuum my car, and clean the bathroom, I've done the bedrooms. I won't have time to start his bunting today - so thats my task for next week.
