Number 1 son hired a kilt outfit for a 'do' tomorrow night. He was as organised as usual- left it to tha last minute- had to pay double.

He's wearing the outfit with his own kilt (a casual kilt). Guess what he's wanting from Santa- a prince charlie jacket and vest, flashes for his sox, and a dress sporran. He figures he would save money rather than forking out £70 a time to hire.

He finishes work at 5.15, hopes to catch a train at 5.30, arrive at destination at 6.35, phone for someone to pick him p at station, get to hotel shower and change ready to eat at 7.30. Then he's got to catch a train at 7.30 on saturday morning to go to work. Shame!
