Spring greens
This stuff is growing all over the place at the moment and gives the lanes and paths around here a very lovely countryside air. It's called cow parsley, or wild chervil, and can apparently be easily mistaken for something with the ominous-sounding name of poison hemlock.
It was one of the most difficult things I've ever tried to photograph - focusing in any way that made sense was just about impossible. I know I moaned about the trickiness of yesterday's radical new departure (backblip), but that was a piece of cake in comparison.
