Whilst reading a book to her "...dragons like teacakes"
Hannah - "only pretend ones"
Me - "pretend teacakes?"
Hannah - "no, only pretend dragons"
Me - "only pretend dragons like teacakes, real dragons don't?"
Hannah - "no"
Me - "how do you know?"
Hannah - "because I've never seen a real dragon eating a teacake."
Me - "fair point"

Wriggling rabbit
Whilst playing at being a vet...
Hannah(the vet) - "this rabbit's a very wriggly one"
My lass - "yes he is isn't he"
Hannah - "argh, ooo, argh. he's not wriggling anymore!"

Making a dog
Whilst making a dog with lego...
My lass - "ok, so we've got a head and a body, what else does a dog need"
Hannah - "a weewee hole"
