Full day and a 2d family in 3d

Today was full. We nipped to the lowry this morning with only half a plan. It turned out that they were having their 10th birthday bash, so there were loads of things going on.
There were pirates everywhere, including Captain Hook. Hannah is now slightly obsessed and scared of pirates, crocodiles and hooks. Having stupidly explained to Hannah that the crocodile had snapped the pirates hand off, she looked at me very worried and asked me where the hand was now!!!
Then Hannah went to Laughter Yoga, which put the smile back on her face. She loved it, her face had a mix of concentration and laughter.
Then there was lunch and cupcake decorating... and eating.

Whilst I pushed Alice around trying to get her to sleep I saw a face I thought I recognised, then I saw another and finally I saw both archangel and his wife. In 3d. I've never met a blipper I didn't already know. How strange it is. I've know archangel for 3 years and to finally met the whole family in the flesh seemed so surreal. Archangel it was a pleasure to meet you and you family, I wish I'd had a little longer.

Then we came home and all jumped in the paddling pool. Bliss.
