Wake up view

this is the view of what I saw when I woke up this morning.
the iphone was near me so while still in bed took this shot, or to say I took 2 shots, with iphone 3gs, one light and one dark and then blended the 2 in HDR app.
This is the way to wake up and start your day, with such beauty and stillness.
The whole time I was at Shamhbala mountain I slept so good and woke up with either the sun rising and birds chirping.
I also had the time and energy in the am to do some meditation before I started my day and OH My what a way to start a day. Relaxed, peaceful and content from the start. Can I keep this up when I get Home????
