DELIGHTFUL DESSERT

It's my sister's birthday today (Happy Birthday, Caroline!) Me and my other sisters took the day off, and along with my parents and my niece, we celebrated the birthday by having a lovely long lunch. This blip is the Birthday Girl's dessert - hot chocolate brownie, with vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa. Caroline didn't manage to eat all of it though :)

It's been hot and sunny today in London. In fact, it's always hot and sunny for Caroline's birthday, and there are always roses blooming in our garden for the event as well.
