FLAGS AFLUTTER

It's been a gorgeous summer's evening here in London. This bip was taken on Horse Guards Road. The flags are those of Commonwealth nations - in preparation for the ceremony of The Trooping of the Colour, when HM The Queen will receive the colour (flag) of one of the Household Regiments.

I got home from work to hear the absolutely awful news from Cumbria. My thoughts are with all those affected by these tragic events.
