Arc de triomphe

I walk under this bridge every other day when I'm out with the dog, and it never fails to amaze me that someone had the time and the skill to create an arch of such twisting beauty. Above is a fairly major road but below is a meandering stony path, and no one except day-dreaming dog walkers like me ever gets the chance to see the underside.
