Dreary morning as this photo attests.
Two days in to winter and already I'm losing my ability to get out of bed.
Did fine up later in the day.
Watched it out the window for a while.

Enough boring moaning about the weather.
Pretty cheery today, even if I did nearly throttle the techs after their extremely loud thirty minute* debate about the merits of flaxseed vs fish oil for shiny hair.
Trying to do work! Shut the hell up.
Headphones. Maybe that's the answer...

Good sore today after last night's run. Quite like that feeling. Quiet night tonight. About to whip up some dinner and then put the finishing touches on a presentation I have to give tomorrow. Hopefully project will get up and running after that. Wish me luck...

*and by thirty minutes, I mean it seemed to go on for a very long time. In reality, it was probably five minutes.
