Sunset

I had a great day today - doing Sound Engineering with Dougie, the percussion teacher in Highland (who is also a whizz kid on Logic Stdio and a great fan of Macs), followed by a lovely Shiatsu massage with Chris in her beautiful home in Lochussie, and a lovely walk along the beach with Dimairt before heading home.

All the wonderful work which Chris did on my gammy knees and ankles was sadly undone, I fear, by my tripping on the broken boardwalk at the beach. I now have bruises on bruises...

I hope that I can walk in the morning...
